1. ONLINE CHECK OUT THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE. 

2. FILLING OUT A HELP TICKET IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING YOU DO NOT SEE ONLINE.

3. CALL THE STORE AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU TO TAKE YOUR ORDER/ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 



Warranty Information:

FURNITURE 4 LESS COVERS ALL THEIR PRODUCTS FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERED ADDRESS AND BUYER ONLY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THEREAFTER, THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY WILL APPLY. "AS IS" MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. BEDDING AND READY TO ASSEMBLE FURNITURE AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER. VINYLS HAVE NO WARRANTY.

WE GLADLY ACCEPT PAYPAL, MAJOR CREDIT CARD CARRIERS, OR CASH UPON ARRIVAL. WE ALSO OFFER CREDIT SERVICES IN HOUSE JUST $40 DOWN AND A CHECKING ACCOUNT REQUIRED. 



Special Orders:

SPECIAL ORDERS TO THE WEST COAST TAKE APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS FOR THE EAST COAST TAKE 6-8 WEEKS. ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR MOTION FURNITURE. 

Returns & Refunds:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS). LAYAWAYS REQUIRE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS NOTICE PRIOR TO DELIVERY DATE. A STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED AND WILL BE VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. A 30% RESTOCKING FEE IS APPLIED TO THE TOTAL AT TIME OF PURCHASE ON ALL RETURNED OR CANCELLED MERCHANDISE. ALL REMAINING BALANCE WILL BECOME STORE CREDIT. THE DELIVERY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
